The Christian Communications Centre was founded in 1982 as a teaching ministry, and continues to this day, to minister in teaching the Word and Visual Arts. What began as Holy Spirit Conferences, teaching seminars and Bible correspondence courses, soon grew to include the visual arts. Gerrit Verstraete, founder of the Christian Communications Centre, is an honours graduate of the Ontario College of Art. His passion is classical drawing in the classical Renaissance tradition, for over 35 years. The centre is pleased to announce Verstraete’s works can be viewed at his Masterpeace Fine Art Studio’s website. In 1996, Verstraete also founded the Drawing Society of Canada. The ministry is an incorporated and registered Canadian religious organization, and a registered British Columbia charitable society.
